Wrestler Vinesh Phogat bats for farmers, says govt should listen

Wrestler Vinesh Phogat on Saturday visited Shambhu border, the agitation site of farmers and said that the government should listen to them.The agitation completed 200 days today. Farmer organisations from Punjab had announced "Delhi March" in February, however as Haryana government sealed borders, farmers sat on Dharna on borders.

Phogat, who visited agitation site said that it was sad to see farmers like this. She said that farmers feed the country, adding that last time the government realised their mistake and revoked controversial farm laws.At the same time the govrnment had made some promises and they should fulfil the same.(UNI)
