Expressway toll employee beaten to death near Bengaluru - WATCH

Ramanagar: An employee of Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway Toll Plaza was beaten to death by a group of men in Ramanagara district.

The incident took place on Sunday night, and a video of which has gone viral on social media, prompting Bidadi police to take cognisance of it and pursue the matter.

The deceased has been identified as Praveen Kumar. According to police, a scuffle ensued between the employee and accused persons over toll fee, which ended up in Praveen's murder.

The accused did not stop beating Praveen as he was bludgeoned apparently with an object and later he succumbed to injuries later.

The accused are absconding, and the police have launched a hunt for them. (UNI)
