“Didn’t find anything in your office, don't worry brother”: Thieves who returned empty handed left a letter behind

An incident of theft in Andhra Pradesh's Nandyal has become the talk of the town. This is not because the thieves have stolen any huge money or valuables, but because the burglars left a letter when they did not find anything to steal.

The unusual incident was reported from Chabolu village in the suburban area of the district.

As per reports, the thieves broke the lock of the main door of the sales and service office of Sri Vigneshwara Agriculture Drones and entered inside. They searched every cupboards, but did not find anything in the office. Then they wrote a letter and kept it in the office and fled.

The letter read: “We checked all the shelves of the office and we did not find anything.” Further they wrote “Don't worry brother”. They also wrote, “if we didn’t find anything here then we will not find anything in your house either.”

When the victim reached his office next morning, he was shocked to see the condition of the office. Everything was scattered around. However, the thieves did not even touch the drones and their equipment worth lakhs. Then he was shocked to found letter written by the thieves. Only Rs 9000 were reportedly stolen from the office.

The police have registered a case against the unknown thieves and started investigation.
